I attached the hinges to the deployment truss. Then I assembled the locking mechanisms and attached the finished deployment assembly to one of the quads.

Next i added the fourlegged landinggear truss. the two upper legs are securely glued to the quad and the lower two legs are carefully soldered to the hinges. It all feels suprisingly solid when in place.
